AST has partnered with Rapid Response Monitoring www.rrms.com to provide our remote monitoring services to our customers.  Rapid Response Monitoring has a state-of-the-art facility located in upstate New York which utilizes redundant power systems and quadruple redundant computer systems to ensure that there will be no interruption in service to Dealers or subscribers.
